Whisky Sour

Ingredients
- 45ml Bourbon (or Rye Whisky) - 20ml Lemon - 10ml Simple syrup - 20ml Egg white
Instructions
Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Angostura bitter on the foam.
