Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

- 500g Pork sausages - 1 Flaky pastry - Mustard - 1 Egg yolk

Instructions

1. First, cook the sausages, with a pan or oven, try to not cook too much. (for example grill at 275° on the oven for 20 minutes) and let chill them. 2. Spread the mustard on the dough as you like. 3. Then, roll the sausages on flaky pastry. Cut in small pieces your rolls. 4. Put the egg yolk on the rolls to make them golden. 5. Grill the roll in the oven at 200° during 12 minutes.
