Ingredients
For ~ 30 Gyozas - 30 gyoza wrappers - 500 grams of ground meat (beef or pork) - 3 cloves of garlic - 4 cm of ginger - 1 carrot or Chinese cabbage - 5 spring onions - 3 tablespoons soy sauce - 1.5 tablespoons rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon sesame oil - 1 tablespoon corn starch
Instructions
1. Finely chop the meat, spring onions, onion, carrot, and cabbage. 2. Grate the garlic and ginger. 3. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix by hand. 4. Fill the gyoza wrappers with the mixture. 5. In a frying pan, pour a dash of sesame oil and cook the gyozas on high heat. 6. Then add 200 ml of water and cover the pan. 7. Once the water is absorbed, they are ready to serve.
