Aperol & Mandarin Sour

Ingredients

  • 60 ml Aperol
  • 30 ml Gin
  • 20 ml Lemon juice
  • 15 ml Mandarin syrup
  • 20 ml Egg white

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Double strain in a glass. Garnish by adding 3 drops Angostura bitter on the foam.
