Ingredients: - 60 ml Aperol; - 30 ml Gin; - 20 ml Lemon juice; - 15 ml Mandarin syrup; - 20 ml Egg white

60 ml Aperol
30 ml Gin
20 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Mandarin syrup
20 ml Egg white

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Double strain in a glass. Garnish by adding 3 drops Angostura bitter on the foam.
