Mandarin Whisky Sour

Ingredients
- 45 ml Bourbon (or Rye Whisky)
- 20 ml Lemon
- 30 ml Mandarin syrup
- 20 ml Egg white
Instructions
Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Peychaud bitter on the foam.
