Mandarin Whisky Sour

Ingredients

  • 45 ml Bourbon (or Rye Whisky)
  • 20 ml Lemon
  • 30 ml Mandarin syrup
  • 20 ml Egg white

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Peychaud bitter on the foam.
