Ingredients: - 45 ml Bourbon (or Rye Whisky); - 20 ml Lemon; - 30 ml Mandarin syrup; - 20 ml Egg white

Ingredients

45 ml Bourbon (or Rye Whisky)
20 ml Lemon
30 ml Mandarin syrup
20 ml Egg white

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Peychaud bitter on the foam.
