Ingredients

  • Mint leaves
  • Simple syrup

Instructions

1. Make a simple syrup (equal part of hot water & white sugar). 2. Blanch your mint and put on cold water. 3. Pinch all the mint leaves and weight them. 4. Blend mint with syrup, for 1 ml of simple syrup you need 0.25g of mint leaves.
