Gin Sour

Ingredients

• 45ml Gin (dry)
• 20ml Lemon
• 10ml Simple syrup
• 20ml Egg white or Aquafaba

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Angostura bitter on the foam
