Ingredients: - 60 ml Apérol; - 30 ml Gin; - 20 ml Lemon juice; - 20 ml Mandarin syrup

60 ml Apérol
30 ml Gin
20 ml Lemon juice
20 ml Mandarin syrup

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Orange Angostura bitter on the foam.
