Lemon Orange Gin

Ingredients

30ml London Dry Gin
30ml Aperol
30ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Orange juice
20ml Egg white or Aquafaba

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Orange bitter on the foam.
