Onion soup

Ingredients

  • 5 Big white sweet onions
  • 1 Chicken stock (1 liter)
  • Garlic (optionnal)
  • Bread

Instructions

1. Finely chopped every onions, you can use a robot to help yourself. 2. Roasted the onions in a pot over medium heat, until it becomes roasted. 3. Add the chicken stock to the pot, seasoned it with salt and pepper. 4. Let it simmer uncover for at least 30 minutes. 5. It's done, you can serve with grated cheese, like Parmesan, and also most important toasted bread.
