60ml Grand Marnier
30ml Lemon juice
15ml Orange juice
20ml Egg white

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Angostura bitter on the foam.
