Ingredients: - 45ml Tequila blanco; - 30ml Lime juice; - 15ml Cointreau; - 10ml Egg white; - 5ml Agave syrup

Glass rimmed with salt. Shake & strain in a rock glass filled by ice cubes. Garnish with dried lemon.
