1. Finely chop the meat, spring onions, onion, carrot, and cabbage. 2. Grate the garlic and ginger. 3. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix by hand. 4. Fill the gyoza wrappers with the mixture. 5. In a frying pan, pour a dash of sesame oil and cook the gyozas on high heat. 6. Then add 200 ml of water and cover the pan. 7. Once the water is absorbed, they are ready to serve.
