• 45ml Chivas 12-year-old Whisky
• 30ml Yuzu juice
• 20ml Egg white
• 20ml Simple syrup

Instructions

Add all ingredients to tin and dry and wet shake. Garnish with thin lemon peel sliced and twisted.
