Ingredients: - 45 ml Bourbon; - 20 ml Strawberry syrup; - 30 ml Lime juice; - 20 ml Egg white

45 ml Bourbon
20 ml Strawberry syrup
30 ml Lime juice
20 ml Egg white

Instructions

Put all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and wet shake. Double strain the cocktail in to a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Angostura bitter on the foam.
