  • 6 Big tomatoes
  • Dried bread
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Eggs
  • Prosciutto

Instructions

1. First, boiled 30 seconds the tomatoes and remove the skin. 2. Add the garlic, the bread, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the tomatoes in the blender and mix. 3. Hard boiled the eggs and chopped them. 4. Serve the soup cold and garnish with the prosciutto diced, the eggs and a drizzle of olive oil.
