Ingrédients

45ml Amaretto
30ml Lemon juice
20ml Egg white
15ml Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of Chocolate bitters

Instructions

Put every ingredients in a shaker and dry shake strongly. Add ice cubes and shake again. Pour in a glass with a big ice cube. Garnish by adding 3 drops Chocolate bitter on the foam.
